I was originally gifted this amp by my parents because it could be ran on battery power, but I don't think I was ever able to get that going. It took a shitload of AA batteries, and since I got my mustang, this has become my mic amp.

I got this amp for my birthday, maybe along with my squier? I liked it because it can produce so many different sounds, although that comes with it's own overwhelming challenge.

Once I decided to upgrade my microphone (we were always looking at improving our mic quality), I looked into dynamic mics, especially because of the directionality of it's range. This meant if I wanted to use it with my computer, I needed an audio interface, and this seemed like a decent choice. Many years on and I'm still happy with it.

The first dynamic mic I bought, it's very decent. It was nice and cheap, and a brand I recognised (see headphones).

With one mic always being hooked up to my computer, it made sense to buy another to keep plugged in to my Cube amp. It actually worked out the other way around and this one spends more time connected to my computer. When first hearing about it, I jokingly called it "the singer microphone" because of it's comically round head. I see it everywhere now, so it kind of is the go-to singer mic.

When I was getting into FLAC files and lossless, local music, I realised I needed a decent pair of headphones. Most audiophiles would probably laugh and say these are not that, but to young me, any relatively expensive Sennheiser headphones must be excellent!
